Zucchini with mint

Zucchini sautéd with mint

Ingredients:  A  B  Gf  Ef 

(for 4 people) 

  • 4 zucchini
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 4 Tbsp. Evoo
  • 12- 14 leaves of mint
  • Salt

Wash the zucchini, remove both ends and cut them in half lengthwise. Cut each half into three sections, and then cut each section lengthwise into thirds. You should obtain sticks approximately 1½ inch long. 
Warm up the oil and butter in a frying pan and sauté the zucchini for about 10 to 12 minutes, letting them brown on all sides. After 5 minutes, add the mint leaves. Add the salt, stir, and enjoy.
