Winter fruit salad

What dessert could be healthier, easier to make, and pleasant to eat than a fruit salad?
I like to make mine unexpectedly richer by adding dried fruits and nuts to it.
Of course the best fruit salads are the summer ones, when all kinds of fruit are in season, but with a little creativity you can make a tasty one also in the winter, like in the following recipe.

Ingredients:

(serves 4 people)  W F V B Gf Df Ef

2 pears
1 apple
2 bananas
3 cups of mixed frozen berries
½ cup of diced dried papaya
½ cup of raisins
a handful of pine nuts
1/3 cup of walnuts pieces
1 orange, juiced
1 lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp. brown organic sugar
½ cup of sparkling water
1 bay leaf

Soak the raisins in warm water. Thaw the frozen berries at room temperature. Squeeze the orange and the lemon, pour their juice into a bowl big enough to contain all the ingredients, add the sugar, the sparkling water, the bay leaf, and stir. As you cut the fruit, add it to this juice. Wash the pears and apples, peel them, and dice them. Peel the bananas, cut in half lengthwise and slice them ¼ inch thick. Drain the raisins and add them to the bowl, together with the remaining ingredients. Toss, refrigerate, and remove the bay leaf before serving.
