Who I am:
- I am a person with a passion for healthy, nutritious food. My culinary background comes only from my personal experience and my curiosity. Although I’ve been cooking for forty years, the only professional advice I can offer is about gardening, as I’m a horticulturist and landscaper by training.
My classifications as vegetarian, biological, gluten-free, etc. are accurate “to the best of my knowledge,” as is all the information in this site.
Therefore, people with food allergies, intolerances, or any other medical condition should not rely solely on my classifications, but should consult a certified health-care provider regarding the types of food to include in their diet.
